Responsibilities include:* Supervise, schedule, and train field crews while ensuring OSHA safety compliance.* Monitor fiber installation operations including trenching and aerial cable placement.* Inspect installation projects to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and safety regulations.* Coordinate project schedules, budgets, cost estimates, and progress reports.* Interpret project plans, technical specifications, and contract requirements.* Obtain permits, licenses, and approvals required for fiber optic installation projects.* Survey job sites and resolve field issues with property owners and stakeholders.* Enforce quality control and workplace safety programs.* Investigate and resolve project delays, safety incidents, and operational concerns.* Inspect fiber splicing and testing using OTDR and power meters.* Assign personnel and labor resources based on project timelines and operational needs.Requirements:* Bachelor degree in any field.* 12 months of experience in fiber optic installation, telecommunications, or related field.Location:Orlando, FloridaSalary:$68,994 per year
