Staffing Coordinator

Job Description (Please do not apply if you do not speak Spanish and English).∙ Interviews, hires, and on boards temporary employees.∙ Bilingual [English/Spanish]∙ Assists with daily workflow of the office: answering phones, updating and maintain spreadsheets, filling orders, etc.∙ Ability to multi-task.∙ Review and distribute checks on payday.∙ Completes injury reports and D&A screens.∙ Completes, prepares, and distributes various forms and reports.∙ May travel to various clients around the Chicagoland and surrounding suburbs.QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS∙ Customer service knowledge.∙ Microsoft Word, Excel or Google Docs knowledge.∙ Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.∙ Critical thinker with ability to problem solve.∙ Excellent organizational and time management skills.∙ Flexible scheduling.This job description does not constitute as an employment contract nor is it an all-inclusive list of job expectations or duties.
