Through our community program “SNIPES serves” and its localized approach we support the needs of our communities, empower, and celebrate our dynamic culture.Overview: The Distribution Center Operations Manager will implement distribution procedures, working closely with the Director of Distribution at the warehouse to create efficiencies and maintain a positive work environment and culture.Responsibilities:• Provide leadership to all operational areas within the Distribution Center & Transportation Management to ensure high levels of productivity and quality of all procedures• Ensures all Direct to Consumer orders are processed efficiently and in a timely manner• Partner with Department Supervisors to ensure distribution goals are achieved while maintaining a safe work environment for all DC team members and visitors• Support Director and Senior Manager by monitoring, assessing, analyzing, and meeting service and people goals in in order to reduce and control costs• Recommend changes for all departments within the DC to drive operational process improvement• Partner with Asset Protection & Inventory Control to ensure accuracy, housekeeping, merchandise damage minimization and safety through monitoring and enforcement of company requirements• Develop cross-functional relationships inside and outside of the DC to improve communication processQualifications:• Associates degree preferred or equivalent• 7+ years of management level experience in distribution center operations• Bilingual (fluent) in both English and Spanish preferred• Demonstrated mastery of change management• Strong leadership skills• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills• Ability to analyze and manage budgets• Problem solving/decision making skills• Team development and Performance managementCultural Success Factors• Enthusiasm for the brand• Consumer Obsessed• Innovative Mindset• Collaborative nature• Skillful communicator• Data-Driven Decision Making• Adaptable and Flexible• Disciplined and self-motivatedBenefits with SNIPES• Generous Employee Discount• PTO (Paid Time Off)• Bonus Plan• Affordable Health Insurance• Retirement ContributionsSnipes USA and all its subsidiary Companies are equal opportunity employers.
