Our products are rooted in elite craftsmanship, cooking with fire, and outstanding performance—and we are in search of someone who can represent that with professionalism, product knowledge, and strong customer communicationJob Summary:This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking with customers, staying organized, learning new systems, and growing with a business.Training-based role for the first six months working alongside our experienced Customer Service Manager.You will be trained on our product offering, the details of our product models, handling inbound calls, in-person customer visits, and ongoing communication with existing customers who are serious about wood-fired cooking.Be able to communicate clearly, stay organized under pressure, and confidently guide customers through a high-consideration purchase.Responsibilities:Strong verbal communicationHigh level of organization and follow-throughProfessional presence in person and on the phoneSales instinct — You can guide a conversation with patience and graceProduct curiosity — You will understand the craft of offset smoking and our equipment in depthAccountability — Extremely dependable and driven to be successfulPresence — You carry yourself well in person and on the phoneRequirements:• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with prospective and existing customers.• Basic understanding of organization, time management, and customer account support practices.• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.• Motivation to learn marketing strategies and contribute to business growth initiatives.• This paid apprenticeship provides an excellent foundation for those looking to build a career in customer service, sales, operations, or project management within a growing company.• Strong desire to learn, grow professionally, and take on increasing responsibility over time.Compensation:$18.50-$22.50/hr + growth path to full time salaried role after training period.
