Parts & Service Trainer

Essential Position Duties: The Parts & Service Trainer is responsible for facilitating parts and technical training for Toyota Material Handling dealers utilizing a variety of delivery modes. You will be responsible for identifying training and development needs within the dealer network and execute on initiatives to meet those needs; enhancing performance, moral, and corporate loyalty throughout the organization while reflecting Toyota Material Handling core values. Training topics will include related parts selling, component identification, as well as troubleshooting and maintenance of Toyota Material Handling equipment and emerging technologies. Lead collaborative efforts with stakeholders and subject matter experts to assess training requirements and develop plans tailored to meet training needs Lead the design and development of comprehensive learning and development programs, informed by thorough research and analysis Plan and direct classroom training, electronic learning, multimedia programs, and other computer aided instructional technologies, simulators, conferences and workshops Conduct evaluations of participants to ensure understanding of the subject matter and implement targeted strategies to bridge knowledge gaps Maintain proficiency related to programs in which you are responsible for and take action on identified areas of opportunity within the training curriculum Establish and cultivate an enriching learning environment conducive to continuous growth and development, empowering learners to acquire advanced knowledge, skills, and competencies Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner Additional duties as assigned Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Education, Training or relevant technical work experience required Demonstrated Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional documents and teaching platforms utilizing a variety of learning and development concepts, practices, and procedures Proficient in effective verbal and written communication, adept at delivering engaging presentations, and skilled in public speaking Proficiency working within learning management systems to schedule training sessions, track attendance and interact with learners Demonstrated project management skills to achieve target timelines and ensure quality outcomes with minimal supervision or guidance Willing to travel up to 40% About Toyota Material Handling Let Toyota take your career to new heights.
