The Superintendent will oversee daily field operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities include managing work crews, coordinating schedules, enforcing quality and safety standards, inspecting completed work, and serving as the on-site point of contact for stakeholders.QualificationsExperience in Wood Framing and Commercial/Residential ConstructionProject Management, Scheduling, and Crew Coordination skillsUnderstanding of Safety Protocols and Quality Control StandardsProblem-Solving and Leadership skills to manage on-site challenges effectivelyStrong Communication and Organizational abilitiesProficiency in construction management software is a plusPrior experience in a similar Superintendent role is preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Construction Management or related field is advantageous
