Role Description This full-time hybrid role, based in Greater Orlando, requires an Event Operations Manager to oversee the planning and execution of events. Responsibilities include managing event operations, organizing logistics, coordinating with vendors, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring budgets are adhered to. The role involves both on-site work at event locations and remote work opportunities to support operational needs. Qualifications Proficiency in Operations Management and Budgeting to oversee event logistics and manage financial resources effectively.Customer Service and Communication skills to coordinate with clients, vendors, and team members seamlessly.Expertise in Event Planning to strategize, organize, and execute successful events of varying scales.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to address challenges and ensure smooth event operations.Ability to work in a hybrid setup, managing both on-site and remote responsibilities.Experience in using event management software and tools is a plus.
