Vehicle Administration Manager

About the RoleDanella Rental Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced and highly organized Vehicle Administration Manager to oversee administrative operations for our company vehicle fleet. This position plays a critical role in ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across all vehicle documentation, licensing, and regulatory requirements.This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in fleet administration, vehicle registration, compliance, transportation operations, or DMV/PennDOT processesKey ResponsibilitiesManage vehicle registration, titling, licensing, transfers, and renewalsMaintain accurate fleet records, databases, and reporting systemsEnsure compliance with local, state, and federal transportation regulationsCoordinate directly with PennDOT, DMV offices, and regulatory agenciesTrack, review, and distribute toll violations and traffic noticesDevelop and improve fleet administrative procedures and internal controlsSupport audits and compliance reviewsCollaborate with operations, drivers, and management teamsRequired QualificationsStrong organizational and administrative skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesValid driver's licensePreferred Qualifications (Not Required)2+ years of experience in fleet administration, transportation, or vehicle operationsKnowledge of vehicle registration and compliance proceduresExperience working with PennDOT or DMV systemsNotary Public certificationPennDOT Full Agent Card certificationExperience managing large or multi-location fleetsKnowledge of transportation safety regulationsSalary & BenefitsCompetitive Annual salary: 45,000-55,000Health, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off (PTO)401(k) with company matchStable full-time position with growth potentialWork LocationOn-site — Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania
