The opportunity: The Temporary Marketing Coordinator (Pimcore) is required to be responsible for maintaining our PIMCORE platform, ensuring seamless operations for asset management across all brands. This position sits within the Marketing Department, reporting directly to the Colour Photo Specialist. The role PIMCORE maintenance including updating asset updates, asset uploads, troubleshooting on asset availability and proofing of all imagery for all brands. Assist customers with account updates. Log tickets with the IT teams for any technical issues that cannot be resolved inhouse. Collaborate with the Web Team to ensure that the platform is running smoothly and that all requests for Marketing have been fulfilled. Work closely with the Colour Specialist to ensure that all colours are offered for each brand by way of re-colour and category requests. The requirements A bachelor’s degree in IT, Marketing or a related discipline. A minimum of two (2) year’s experience in Marketing or a similar role. Ability to be proactive. Ability to meet strict deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Detail oriented. Ability to quickly adapt and resolve any issues encountered. Strong decision-making skills.
