Role: IAM Program ManagerLocation: McLean, VAContract 9 monthsHybrid 3 days onsite a weekJob Description:1 st priorityDesign this repository – architect & build – tooling is TBD (confluence, github, whichever)Pulling artifacts across form all pillars – apply a consistent taxonomy and metadataFuture proof this stuff, already optimized for RAG based LLMRisk partners, audit partners2 nd prioritySomething sustainable, establishing ownership metrics – artifact champions for each IAM pillarDocument some type of governance cadence3 rd priorityA lot of dashboards providing a lot of dataBuild how to guides for partners to run those dashboards themselves rather than engage their tech leadsArchitect diagrams may be out if dateCreate a mall map/navigation layer4 th priorityAd hoc needs/support work – general risk management activitiesJob Qualifications:Excellent communicator and collaboratorReally good writing skillsIAM domain expertise (5-7 years)Governance & audit experience – work they have done to support complex auditsDesigning structured databasesDocumentation hierarchiesWrite SQL queries, familiarity with SnowflakeBasic AI literacy
