Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.Supervision: Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments.Experience/Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering/computer science and 5+ years of related experience or Masters degree in engineering/computer science and 3+ years of related experienceJob DescriptionThis position is concentrated on the mainframe platform, with development in Assembler and Metal C.We are looking for experienced Software Engineers to produce and implement functional software solutions for delivery to our customers. This will involve development on existing mainframe-based products. You will work with product management to help define software requirements and implement the solutions in a small development team environment. In this role, you should be able to work independently with little supervision while also collaborating with team members. You should have excellent organization and problem-solving skills, and experience in Agile development methodologies.
