Global Risk Account Executive - Employee Benefits

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:Supports and demonstrates IMA's core valuesValues and understands the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion among all IMA associatesResponsibility for design and implementation of International Programs and CMPsUnder minimal guidance, prepares and markets global renewal submissions, including gathering information and markets and/or delivers submissions to underwritersCoordinates strategy meetings and participates in client account review meetings, marketing meetings, and/or client proposal presentationsResponsibility for completing the Global Risk Insurance Manuals on specified accountsProvides input in the development and implementation of department policies and procedures, as well as operating and strategic plans within area of specialtyManages the Global Account Coordinator and/or the Account Manager to input client data in the WBNet3.0 system or other partner systems for select international reverse flow accountsManages Global Account Manager and/or Account Coordinator regarding the account review information and the bind coverage information in conjunction with workflow standardsResponds to and finalizes RFP requestsResearches and understands international industry trends, product development, and government regulations globallyAssists Director of Global Risk & Benefits in training, mentoring of IMA associates, and department projects and initiativesREQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS include but are not limited to:5 to 10 years of similar or related experienceBachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experienceAttains and/or maintains professional designation or license: CIC and/or CPCU requiredPreferred: intermediate EPIC Applied Systems experienceExperience with MS Office products required (specifically Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word and Excel)Moderate travel required (25-50%)Required: strong written and oral communication skillsRequired: strong analytical and insurance interpretation skillsCOMPETENCIES & TRAITS:Business AcumenProfessionalismBuilding relationshipsProblem SolvingCommunicating#LI-JS1Salary Range$100,000—$120,000 USDCompensation & BenefitsBeing a part of IMA has its benefits.
