Now Hiring: Production Supervisor (Bilingual) – Snack ManufacturingWe're looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor (Bilingual) to lead daily operations on shift, ensure safe and efficient production, and support our team in delivering high-quality snack products. In this role, you'll oversee staffing, coach employees, track performance, and partner with Quality, Maintenance, and other departments to keep production running smoothly.What You'll DoAssign staff to production lines and manage daily schedulesLead, train, and coach employees on processes and equipmentOversee ERP transactions and ensure accurate production reportingPartner with Quality on holds, rework, and changeoversDrive efficiency, reduce downtime, and improve KPIs using RedzoneSupport safety initiatives and lead incident investigationsCoordinate with Maintenance to resolve equipment issuesWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma required; associate degree preferred3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing (food/snacks a plus)ERP experience; Redzone preferredStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to interpret performance data and drive improvementPhysical RequirementsStanding/walking for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 50 lbsComfortable working in various temperature and noise conditionsIf you're a motivated leader who thrives in fast-paced production environments, we'd love to connect!
