Seize the chance to propel your career to new heights by joining us today!Position DescriptionComplete assigned work orders promptly and efficientlyConduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems, performing repairs and preventive upkeepPrepare apartments for new residents, make ready’s, and punch listCollaborate closely with our maintenance and office teams to uphold property standardsUphold the visual appeal of the property, maintaining its curb appealProvide top-notch customer service to our residentsAll other duties as assignedPosition RequirementsPossess a minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience (prior experience in property management or housing is advantageous)Hold EPA licensureDemonstrate hands-on expertise with HVAC systemsAbility to participate in on-call rotations for emergencies as scheduledMust possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation to and from work, ability to go off-siteProvide own hand toolsEssential functions of the position regularly require the ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time, the ability to operate equipment, and the ability to lift up to 50lbs.Benefits: At Aspen, we value our team members and offer a competitive compensation package along with a comprehensive benefits plan.
