Technical Account Manager (100% Remote)

This role is 100% remote.ResponsibilitiesServe as a Subject Matter Expert for the integrated offerings and guide partners through new integration builds for the product & associated suite of APIsCollaborate closely with Merchants and Integrations partners to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and successful integration onto the platform.Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to provide guidance and support.Translate complex technical requirements into clear business solutions that align with the partners’ objectives.Skills And Qualifications3+ years of experience translating technical concepts to business solutionsDemonstrated technical knowledge of integrations, APIs, and webhooksHands-on working SQL experience to troubleshoot and self-serve AI experience (not a hard requirement, but preferred)Strong ability to collaborate with external partners to drive successful partnershipsExperience in project and/or program managementExperience planning sprintsProven success working in cross-functional engineering and operations teamsExperience working in JIRAExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWe offer a competitive salary range for this position.
