We’re bridging two worlds, moving towards more sustainable energy sources, while helping to provide the energy, chemicals and resources needed now.Senior Technical Consultant – Geospatial / GISLocation: North America–based (United States or Canada) — primaryPreferred locations: Houston, TX; Calgary, AB; Vancouver, BCRole SummaryAs a Senior Technical Consultant – Geospatial / GIS, you will provide delivery‑embedded geospatial analysis and spatial data integration support for large infrastructure projects. The role focuses on ArcGIS‑based analysis, spatial QA/QC, and production of customer‑ready mapping products to support routing, hazard evaluation, investigation planning, and engineering decision‑making.This position will be based in a Worley office in Houston, TX; Calgary, AB; Vancouver, BC; with a hybrid work schedule. The role is not intended for remote‑only delivery.Note: This role is delivery‑embedded and initially requires NAM‑based execution. There is longer‑term potential to transition defined production components to global delivery centers as delivery maturity and QA/QC processes are established.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver GIS and spatial analysis to support active project deliveryIntegrate and manage multi‑source spatial datasetsProduce customer‑ready maps, figures, and spatial data productsPerform spatial QA/QC, validation, and version controlSupport interpretation workflows through visualization and spatial analysisCoordinate closely with geoscience and geotechnical delivery teamsRequired QualificationsDegree in GIS, Geospatial Science, Geography, Engineering, or related disciplineTypically 7+ years of relevant experience delivering GIS or geospatial analysis for infrastructure or engineering projectsStrong proficiency with ArcGIS and related toolsDemonstrated ability to deliver high‑quality, customer‑ready spatial outputsStrong communication skills and ability to work within multidisciplinary teamsEquivalent combinations of experience and demonstrated capability will be considered.Travel / Field ExpectationsLimited travel may be required.
