Each season brings together artists, technicians, and administrators at varying stages of their careers to work side by side in a supportive and inclusive setting. This summer's season features productions of Murder on the Orient Express and The 39 Steps, offering a range of creative and technical opportunities across distinct theatrical styles. Participants gain hands-on experience in all aspects of theatre production-from performance and design to technical operations and audience engagement. The program emphasizes teamwork, creativity, and professionalism, offering meaningful opportunities for both emerging and experienced theatre practitioners to contribute to a dynamic summer season. Responsibilities may include assisting with rehearsals and performances, performing on stage, supporting quick changes, building or moving scenery, operating technical equipment, and engaging with audiences. Depending on the role and level of experience, individuals may also take on specialized duties, support daily departmental operations, collaborate across teams, and help ensure production timelines and standards are met. In more advanced roles, responsibilities can expand to include supervising interns or crew, leading departments, managing budgets and schedules, and contributing to the overall creative vision and strategic direction of productions. All positions play a part in upholding professional industry standards and supporting the artistic and operational success of the program. Successful candidates will demonstrate a combination of teamwork, communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Prior experience requirements vary by role, ranging from entry-level opportunities with a focus on skill development to positions requiring significant professional expertise and leadership experience.
