This is a hybrid role that involves working onsite in Malvern, PA, 3 days per week.Job DescriptionPurpose: Design and execute change management and communications for Enterprise Data Architecture & Engineering, focusing strongly on clarity, structure, timeliness, and delivery.Partner closely with team's leadership to translate strategy and technical work into clear narratives, reusable communication assets, and well run change initiatives across IT and the enterprise. Strong project management discipline is essential.Qualifications (5 - 8 Minimum years)Change Management Enablement (Primary) - Design and execute change strategies for major team's initiatives (Just examples: AI Ready Data, platform adoption, operating model changes).Develop stakeholder maps, change plans, sequencing, and adoption leversCommunications & Content (Primary) Team website (SharePoint) – design, develop content, and manage updates.Internal newsletters, announcements, and campaign style commsVideo Production/editing using AICreate polished, executive ready content (slides, one pagers, narratives) that leaders can reuse with minimal reworkProject Management for Change (Secondary)Plan and deliver change and comms work as discrete projects with clear milestones, owners, and dependencies.Manage multiple parallel workstreamsProactively surface risks, timing conflicts, and resourcing issuesBounded Leadership SupportProvide ad hoc support to the team's leadership (e.g., drafting emails or slides) when directly tied to change or communication outcomes.Company Benefits (Can include)Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k), 20 days of Paid Time Off (PTO)Preference: W2Location: Malvern, PASchedule: Hybrid roleAdditionallyEntech is an equal-opportunity employer.This is an On-site Hybrid work schedule based out of our Malvern, PA officeNo Third-party candidates will be accepted, this is strictly a direct employment opportunity with Entech.
