Provide full-spectrum obstetric and gynecologic care to a diverse patient populationManage gynecologic consults from community primary care providers and in-house midwivesPerform a wide range of office-based gynecologic proceduresMaintain a consistent surgical volume with access to modern operating roomsParticipate in minimally invasive and advanced laparoscopic proceduresWork 3 4 clinic days per week, seeing approximately patients per dayUtilize an average of three dedicated OR days per monthServe as physician backup for midwife-led obstetric care, including uncomplicated deliveriesTake part in a shared home call rotation (approximately 1 in 4)Support a progressive birth center offering VBACs, water birth, nitrous oxide, and 24-hour epidural services Requirements MD or DO degreeBoard Certified or truly Board Eligible in OB/GYNCompletion of an accredited OB/GYN residency (U.S. or Canada)Active Vermont medical license
