You’ll collaborate across therapy disciplines, supervise Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians, and help children reach their goals in a fun, engaging environment.What You’ll DoConduct behavioral assessments, observations, and research to guide treatment plansDevelop and implement individualized behavior intervention plansSupervise and mentor Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior TechniciansCollaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support each child’s progressMaintain professional documentation in compliance with agency standards and the BACB Professional and Ethical Compliance CodeWhat You BringMaster’s Degree in a human service fieldCurrent BCBA certificationMinimum one year of experience supporting children with delays or disabilities (preferred: ABA experience with children with autism)Valid Illinois driver’s license & insuranceAt Lifelong Access, people feel seen, heard, and supported, for our staff and the families we proudly serve.
