Students complete a full day's worth of academics in roughly two hours using adaptive software. No traditional lectures. No physical textbooks. Your role focuses on what technology cannot replicate: developing life skills in Pre-K through 8th grade students—skills like public speaking, concentration, and constructive feedback exchange. You'll spend half your time facilitating hands-on workshops guided by structured playbooks and narrative techniques. The remaining half involves working with students individually or in small groups, analyzing their adaptive learning progress via Coachbot analytics, and driving them toward achieving 100% of weekly objectives. Students demonstrate mastery through Test2Pass assessments rather than participation-based grading.During your first year, you'll manage a student cohort while mastering Alpha's methodology: life skill workshops, motivational sessions, mastery-driven assessments. Once you consistently hold every student accountable to 100% goal completion while maintaining satisfaction scores above 90%, you become eligible for the Lead Guide role, where you'll mentor other Guides while remaining directly engaged with students.
