Job DetailsDescriptionThe Resident Care Coordinator (RN or LPN) at Adams Woodcrest oversees nursing staff and ensures personalized, resident-centered care based on individual needs and values. They assist the Director of Nursing with staffing decisions and oversee the implementation of nursing services, staff training, and regulatory compliance. Their responsibilities include monitoring resident health, reporting symptoms, supervising staff performance, maintaining sanitation standards, and enhancing the residents' physical, social, and psychological well-being, all within established policies and procedures.Eligible for medical coverage on your first day of employment, all other benefits will be effective the 1st of the month following hire date! Requirements40 hours per week - First ShiftMonday to Friday from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PMOn Call RotationValid RN or LPN License in the State of IndianaBLS/CPR Certification
