Software Engineer in Test

We’re hiring a Junior to Mid-Level Software Engineer with a focus on testing, QA, and mobile application performance.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys breaking things (in a good way), identifying edge cases, and working closely with engineers to improve product quality—while also growing into a broader engineering role over time.You’ll work across mobile apps, connected devices, and a custom-built testing environment that includes real devices and automation frameworks.What You’ll DoTest mobile applications across iOS and Android devicesIdentify, reproduce, and document bugs and edge casesCollaborate with engineers to troubleshoot and resolve issuesRun automated test suites and improve testing coverageValidate new features before releaseWork with real-world device connectivity (Bluetooth, vehicle integrations)Contribute to improving QA processes and automation workflowsMust-Have QualificationsExperience in software testing, QA, or similar engineering roleStrong problem-solving mindset and attention to detailFamiliarity with JavaScript / TypeScript (or similar languages)Interest in mobile development (React Native is a plus)Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environmentComfortable working in a small, collaborative teamNice-to-HaveExperience with React Native or ExpoExposure to automated testing tools (e.g., Maestro or similar)Experience with CI/CD pipelinesMobile app testing experience (iOS/Android)API integrations or backend interaction experienceInterest in automotive technology or connected devicesStartup experience or builder mentality
