Project / Program Manager (Non?IT)Location: Peoria, IL (Hybrid – onsite 1x/week, typically Tuesdays; additional in?office days as needed)Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st shiftPay: $41 - $44 an hrWe are seeking a Project / Program Manager (Non?IT) to support a portfolio of business and digital support initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who blends project management, account/client relationship management, and data analysis to keep support programs running smoothly and stakeholders well informed.This position follows a hybrid schedule, with a strong preference for candidates able to work out of the Peoria office. Candidates near Chicago may be considered with the ability to report to the nearest office as needed.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day?to?day execution of 5–7 active support projects, including onboarding new projects and overseeing steady?state support initiativesServe as the primary point of contact for client and business partner relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignmentMaintain and manage project artifacts including schedules, issue/action logs, risk registers, scope changes, work plans, and cost trackingAnalyze support and operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunitiesDevelop and deliver monthly business reviews to stakeholdersManage project budgets, including quarterly reviews and annual quote refreshesIdentify new scope opportunities and support scoping and quoting activities as neededCoordinate support complaints and related communicationsFacilitate meetings, control sessions, planning workshops, and chartering sessionsParticipate in quarterly planning activities and cross?functional reviewsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in any field with 2–4 years of relevant experience, orNo degree with 4–7 years of experience in account management or client?facing roles2+ years of account or client relationship management experience1+ year of project management experience, with understanding of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies1+ year of experience analyzing data and identifying trends to drive insightsStrong proficiency with PowerPoint (2+ years)Intermediate Excel skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in a support, services, or contact?center environmentSalesforce experience2+ years working with contact center operations or support teams#INDOEM
