Goliath Partners has partnered with an under-the-radar HFT firm that's built out their Chicago based office, and have turned their office into a remote work environment in order to expand their networking abilities around the world and providing a great work-life balance.The firm was founded by a very successful PM that sold his previous venture, and he and this firm are looking to quickly make a name for themselves in the US. They have already made moves to have the ability to compete with the top names in the space, and pride themselves in their set up, which is similar to other collaborative shops but they pride themselves in being known to be far more collaborative than most.They have a built out centralized execution team and are looking to add talented C++ Software Engineers with relevant experience to their team.Requirements:Experience with C/C++Familiarity with distributed systems and infrastructure developmentPrevious examples of competitive edge (high placed hackathon, awards, academic excellence, etc.)Beneficial Skills:Masters/PhD in STEM related subjectsKnowledge of PythonWork experience with a disruptor, startup, or trading enterpriseCompensation:Competitive compensation package for the ideal candidate will be a package of between $250-325k in base and additional bonuses that can get up to between $700-800k.
