About the Opportunity:The Technical Training Lead Analyst is responsible for creating, managing, and updating technical documentation and training materials that support pharmacy operations. This role translates business needs into clear, user-focused instructions and resources, collaborating with subject matter experts and business leaders. The position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate knowledge transfer and process adherence, contributing directly to operational effectiveness and patient impact.3. Responsibilities:• Research, author, publish, and maintain processes, procedures, and user resources• Write, edit, and format task-level documentation including procedures, job aids, learner resources, and forms• Collaborate with SMEs, business leaders, and product owners to develop end-user content• Identify process, procedure, and systems training needs across departments• Participate in a quality-driven, continuous improvement-focused authoring environment• Maintain documentation and audit records including creation, revisions, reviews, and archival• Stay informed on developments in technical writing systems and recommend process improvements4. Requirements:• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred• Minimum 2 years of technical writing experience• Minimum 2 years of experience with knowledge management and KMS authoring tools• Experience with MadCap Flare, Knowledge-Centered Service, and/or Information Mapping• Strong communication, interviewing, and teamwork skills with ability to consult operational SMEs• Advanced knowledge of writing and editing best practices and style guides• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-evolving environment while maintaining attention to detail• Quick learning and application of new technology for end-user interpretation• Adherence to quality practices, style guides, and brand standards• Reliable internet connection with minimum speeds of 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload for remote work5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• Annual salary range: 71,100 to 118,500 USD, depending on experience and location• Eligibility to participate in an annual bonus plan6.
