Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Veterinarian role based in Philadelphia, PA. The Veterinarian will be responsible for diagnosing and treating illnesses and injuries in animals, performing surgeries, administering vaccines, and advising pet owners on preventive healthcare. They will collaborate with a team of veterinary professionals to provide compassionate and high-quality care to a variety of animals. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, performing diagnostic tests, and contributing to the overall wellbeing of patients. Qualifications Strong clinical skills, including diagnosing, treating, and managing a variety of animal health conditionsProficiency in performing surgical procedures and administering preventive healthcareExperience with diagnostic tools and interpreting lab resultsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills for advising clients and collaborating with team membersStrong organizational and record-keeping skillsDoctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited programValid veterinary license in the state of PennsylvaniaCommitment to continuing education and staying updated on advances in veterinary medicineExperience with exotic or non-traditional species is a plusCompassion for animals and a dedication to their health and wellbeing
