Learn more at: http://kerrcontractors.com Job Duties and Responsibilities Operate various trucks including dump trucks (standard, side, and belly) and haul trucks to transport construction materials and equipment Load and unload materials at sites, ensuring proper distribution and weight balance Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies Maintain accurate delivery, mileage, and fuel consumption records Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and team members Perform routine truck maintenance and minor repairs Follow safety guidelines and procedures Keep truck and equipment clean and organized Qualifications Valid Class "A" CDL Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen, DOT physical, and current medical card Clean driving record without serious violations Positive attitude and commitment to job completion Experience operating standard, side, and end dump trucks, as well as haul trucks Familiarity with truck and pup operations Knowledge of construction site safety, truck maintenance, and road safety regulations Employee Benefits Comprehensive health insurance (medical, dental, vision) with employer-paid premiums Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for eligible employees 401(k) with up to 4% employer match Competitive salary based on experience Paid Time Off (PTO) Community involvement opportunities Team building and annual company-wide events EAP (Employee Assistance Program) Weekly pay Pay $25-$32 per hour (depending on experience) Schedule Monday through Friday 10-hour shifts (with overtime pay) Check us out at: http://kerrcontractors.com Join our team and contribute to our reputation for excellence in the construction industry!
