If you thrive on the thrill of the "perfect match" and love the fast pace of full-cycle recruiting, you’ll fit right in.The Role: What You’ll DoAs our internal recruitment expert, you will own the talent pipeline from first touch to first day:Full-Cycle Ownership: Lead everything from the initial intake meeting with hiring managers to sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offersStrategic Sourcing: Go beyond job boards. You’ll build active pipelines for critical engineering and construction roles, ensuring we stay ahead of our growthBrand Ambassadorship: Write compelling job postings and represent PSI at industry events and through digital outreachData-Driven Recruiting: Use our ATS (JazzHR/Costpoint) to track metrics such as time-to-fill and source effectiveness to continually sharpen our strategySeamless Onboarding: Partner with HR Operations to ensure that once a candidate says "Yes," their transition into the team is flawlessWhat You Bring To The TableExperience: 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting is preferred. We are also open to high-energy professionals with backgrounds in high-volume sales, cold-calling, and customer or client engagementTech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ATS/HRIS platforms (e.g., JazzHR, iSolved, or Costpoint)Industry Knowledge: If you understand the nuances of the construction or engineering world, you’ll have a significant head startThe "Recruiter Personality": You are a meticulous organizer, a proactive problem-solver, and a natural relationship builder who can talk to anyoneWhy Project Solutions, Inc.?We value the people who find our people.
