Job Description & Requirements Specialty: NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care Discipline: RN Start Date: 04/20/2026 Duration: 12 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel RN Travel Job - NICU (Neonatal ICU) Location: Worcester, MA Duration: 13 weeks (91 days) Shift: Nights - 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM Schedule: 3x12s (36 hrs/week) Type: Travel RN Core Responsibilities Provide critical care to neonates Manage ventilators, CPAP, HFNC, HFOV Administer IV meds, blood products, and nutrition Perform central line & arterial line care Monitor and respond to acute changes in neonatal condition Educate and support families Required Experience ⚠️ Minimum 2 years NICU (Level III or IV) Strong experience with: Ventilator management Neonatal emergencies Central lines (UAC/UVC) EPIC experience required Certifications BLS NRP (Required) Advanced neonatal skills preferred NS About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
