We are dedicated to helping families feel their best through chiropractic care and advanced therapies such as Decompression, MLS Cold Laser, and Shockwave therapy.Duties:Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)Take and review Diagnostic imaging/X-raysEvaluate findings and determine diagnosisDevelop and prepare appropriate treatment plansPatient education as to diagnosis/findings, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications, take-home stretches and exercises, and benefits of continued chiropractic careTreatment- Chiropractic Care- adjustments, rehab and various therapies and modalitiesDocumentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes)Work cooperatively with the team and other support staff for comprehensive patient carePatient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessmentsMarketing efforts to build and maintain the patient load for both the doctor and the clinic.Requirements:Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)Active Chiropractic license in WIWillingness and ability to work with patients of all agesSchedule:Full timeSalary (range):$80k-$100k (DOE) attainable bonuses with associates currently earning over $100K per yearBenefits:Bonus CompensationPTO and paid HolidaysHealth Insurance StipendDisability insurance401k matchGym membership contributionCE stipendPortage offers a moderate cost of living and a vibrant community, making it a fantastic place to settle down and enjoy life.
