Retail Store Associate (TCG Card SHop)

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers in finding the right products to meet their needs. You will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. Duties Greet and engage customers as they enter the store, providing a welcoming atmosphere. Assist customers with product selection, answering questions, and offering product demonstrations to enhance their shopping experience. Operate cash registers and point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately, handling transactions efficiently. Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor by restocking merchandise and ensuring displays are visually appealing. Utilize basic math skills to process transactions and provide change accurately. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve overall store performance. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Stay informed about product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with customers. Qualifications Knowledge of Pokemon TCG!! Knowledge of Magic the gathering TCG a plus Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is a plus. Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for sales are essential for success in this role.
