The LPN will play a crucial role in providing high-quality nursing care to clients undergoing drug and alcohol detoxification and residential treatment. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals struggling with addiction and contribute to their journey towards recovery.Key Responsibilities:Conduct nursing assessments and screenings to determine client needs and develop individualized care plans.Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols.Monitor patient vital signs, symptoms, and behavior closely to assess response to treatment and identify any potential complications.Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care and support services.Provide education to patients about addiction, recovery, and wellness strategies.Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies.Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and training sessions to enhance skills and contribute to program development. Qualifications:Valid LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania.Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a diverse team.Compassionate and non-judgmental approach to patient care.
