Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Basic computer literacy with PC/NT/Windows-based applications:Microsoft EXCEL, Microsoft Word, Microsoft ProjectLimited knowledge of signal integrity design constraints encompassing differential pairs(loosely, tightly, broadside coupled), impedance control, EMI, and ESDExcellent and positive communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem solving skillsExcellent team playerAdapts well to changing customer requirementsWorks with customer and FCS team to ensure compliance with Standard Manufacturing Design specifications (IPC, Customer Specific, etc.,)Self-motivated and must be able to work independently and in a team atmosphereDetail oriented, organizedBasic electronicsExperience Required:A minimum of 5 years of PCB Layout experience with 3 + years of experience designing medium to complex printed circuit boards in Altium.Working knowledge of Industry Design Standards – ANSI, IPC, ITAR, ISOPreferred:Experience with more than one design tool suite.Prior Service Bureau experienceEducationRequired: ASEE degree, or equivalent industry experiencePreferred: ASEE degree in electrical engineering or electrical engineering technology.
