YES**hybrid work set-up**Job Details:Role Overview:We are looking for an experienced Senior Automation QA Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Playwright, cross-browser/device testing, and AWS workflows. The role involves leading QA activities, driving automation initiatives, and coordinating with global teams to ensure high-quality releases.Key Responsibilities:" Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright" Perform Web, Mobile, and Tablet testing via BrowserStack" Validate AWS workflows including S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, SNS, Secrets Manager, and schedulers" Create and maintain test plans, test strategy, and execution documentation" Lead QA deliverables within 3-week Agile sprints" Oversee release readiness, risk assessment, and QA sign-off" Coordinate with onshore/offshore QA teams and mentor junior members" Participate in sprint ceremonies and provide regular status updates" Collaborate closely with Product, Development, DevOps, and Release Management teams" Use GitHub Enterprise for version control and CI/CD workflow supportRequired Skills:" 8+ years of experience in QA Automation" Strong hands-on experience with Playwright" Experience using BrowserStack for cross-device and cross-browser testing" Working knowledge of AWS services: S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, SNS, CloudWatch, Secrets Manager, Event Schedulers" Strong understanding of Agile methodology and QA processes" Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills" Experience in an onshore offshore working modelNice to Have:" API testing experience (Postman or similar)" Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines" Experience in media or streaming platformsMinimum years of experience8-10 yearsCertifications Needed :NoTop 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and executeDevelop and maintain automated test scripts using PlaywrightPerform Web, Mobile, and Tablet testing via Browser StackValidate AWS workflows including S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, SNS, Secrets Manager, and schedulersInterview Process (Is face to face required?)NoAny additional information you would like to share about the project specs/ nature of work
