Technical Project Manager (Cloud / Infrastructure / Observability)
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead complex cloud, infrastructure, and observability initiatives within a fast-paced, enterprise environment. This role requires a strong blend of technical depth and project leadership, with the ability to work closely with engineering, DevOps, and SRE teams.This is not a traditional PM role—we’re looking for someone who can understand system architecture, participate in technical discussions, and support production environments, including high-availability systems that may require off-hours or 24/7 coordination when needed.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end delivery of cloud and infrastructure projects (AWS/Azure/GCP)Partner with engineering, DevOps, and SRE teams on system design, deployments, and production supportManage project scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreamsDrive Agile delivery processes including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and status reportingSupport production incident management, including coordination during high-severity issuesWork with teams on monitoring and observability tools (Splunk, Datadog, ELK, etc.)Ensure alignment between technical execution and business objectivesCommunicate effectively with both technical teams and executive stakeholdersRequired Qualifications:7+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Program ManagerStrong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Experience working with infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE teamsFamiliarity with monitoring/logging tools (e.g., Splunk, Datadog, ELK stack)Experience supporting or coordinating in production / high-availability environmentsSolid understanding of SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, and system architecture conceptsProven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex technical projectsStrong communication skills with the ability to translate technical conceptsPreferred Qualifications:Hands-on technical background (former engineer, SRE, or infrastructure lead)Experience with Kubernetes, containers, or microservices architectureExposure to incident management / on-call environmentsPMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe certificationsExperience in enterprise-scale environmentsWork Environment & Expectations:Hybrid work model (Irving, TX)May require flexibility to support critical releases or production incidentsFast-paced, collaborative, and highly technical environmentWhy Join Us?Work on large-scale, high-impact technology initiativesCollaborate with top-tier engineering and cloud teamsOpportunity to grow in a high-visibility, enterprise role
