In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering Thrive Market products directly to our members. Job Details -Shift: 'Per Diem', or 'As needed' basis - We operate 7 days a week, looking for part time drivers. Pay: $21.70 per hour.Note- This role includes working on the weekends with opportunities to pick up weekday shifts.RESPONSIBILITIESDriving a company-supplied Sprinter VanLoading and unloading delivery vehicle with up to 50 lb. packagesDelivering goods to customers by driving a company vehicle during workdaysKeeping track of inventory and supplies in the truckCommunicating with the Delivery Team on days when deliveries are madeProviding a top-level customer experience to every member you interact withOther duties as assigned by managementQUALIFICATIONSHigh school diploma or equivalent (GED)Must have a valid Pennsylvania driver's license with a clean driving recordPrevious delivery driving experience preferredMust be able to lift 50 lbs and walk up/down stairs throughout your shiftOperate and navigate a delivery van/box truckOperate pallet jackWorking and driving in varying weather conditionsAble to pass a DOT physical examComplete Background Check, MVR Screening, and Drug testBELONG TO A BETTER COMPANYCompetitive payMultiple work schedules availableOpportunities for advancement.
