Senior Equipment Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior Staff Equipment Engineer. Key Responsibilities Support daily production activities of consigned equipment at an OSAT, collaborating with maintenance and facilities teams Monitor and analyze process metrics using advanced Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques to drive continuous improvements Oversee the creation and maintenance of equipment documentation and mentor junior engineers/technicians Required Qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or a related technical field A minimum of 12 years of experience with a bachelor's degree, 8 years with a master's, or 6 years with a PhD Direct experience managing SPTS or plasma therm tools for daily production Strong knowledge of plasma etching, dicing, or related dry etch technologies Demonstrated leadership abilities, including mentoring and guiding teams
