All positions are responsible for assisting guests in various areas, in many capacities, and following Andretti Indoor Karting and Games high standards of quality Guest satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome visitors by greeting them in a friendly and positive mannerAnticipate and respond to Guests in a friendly and positive manner with a sense of urgencyPerform repairs on games: Explains operation of games to GuestsContinued inventory of electronics, game parts, tools etcProper documentation of game issues, parts and work historyMust be able to work alone and be a self-starterPerform preventative maintenance on all aspects of the games, simulators and attractionsPossess comfort with AV systems including movie sound, mobile video, projectors and control systemsMust be able to use/read a volt/ohmmeter and a soldering gunMust be able to read schematicsStock and maintain inventory of all prize gamesBasic knowledge of computers systems and some general point of sale operationsRudimentary knowledge of troubleshooting computer hardware and computer peripheralsEnsure all games are clean and presentable to guestObserve, instruct and monitor Guests for safety and guideline adherenceAssist with Guest recovery and notifies manager to ensure positive Guest experiencesCommunicate clearly and professionally while interacting enthusiastically with Guests and fellow co-workersWork as a team player in meeting guests needs, and actively contributes to the efforts of other departmentsAttend all required department and company meetings and training sessionsMaintain a clean work area in compliance with Andretti Indoor Karting & Games policies and proceduresKnowledgeable of facility emergency proceduresPerform Opening, Running and Closing department duties as assignedAdhere to proper uniform guidelines according to Andretti Indoor Karting and GamesDisplay excellent communication skillsShow eagerness to learn new skills and tradesSkills & RequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalentThe desire and ability to be pleasant, upbeat and sociable throughout the workdayBe able to work a varied schedule to include days, nights, holidays and weekendsAndretti Indoor Karting & Games can be the Starting Line for your Career!Andretti Indoor Karting & Games (AIKG) isa rapidly growing Family Entertainment company with locations in Florida, Georgia, Texas, and now in Arizona, with more locations coming throughout the US.We are DRIVEN to develop, train and promote from our entry level positions!We offer support for ongoing professional development and trainingPhysical RequirementsThe physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an Andretti Associate to successfully perform the essential functions of their job.
