We specialize in the development, manufacturing, and distribution of high-quality active pharmaceutical ingredients—essential components of medicines that improve the lives of millions of people and animals worldwide.We are currently looking for a motivated professional to join our team.Duties:Support and accompany the KAM in their commercial activities including customer visits and meeting preparationSummarize and monitor action items following customer meetings.Coordinate internally to meet customer deadlines and response timeUtilize and keep SalesForce updated to ensure timely customer management and follow upProcess KAM’s POs and ensure correct handover to operationsStrategically increase our win rate turning tail accounts into rising starsPrepare, present and ensure yearly sales performance.Develop and grow the project pipeline for future growth.Coordinate with Strategic planning and R&D to market relevant sales campaigns and product focus.Adhere to the financial guidelines and policies of the company including DSO/DPO/DIO and debt monitoring.Carry out your daily activities following the Commercial Playbook.Coordinate and leverage collaboration between internal departments to ensure accurate and timely customer service and response to all customers.Collaborate with internal functions to comply with both internal and external guidelines.Educate yourself about the pharmaceutical industry and Suanfarma’svalue proposition to our customersQualifications:2-3 years of Customer Service or Inside Sales experienceAttention to detail and customer focusUnderstanding of sales and operations planning processStrong team playerProblem solver with a positive attitudeSkilled in Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Salesforce.com preferredPharmaceutical industry experience preferred
