This role requires a highly experienced and professional individual with a strong background in armed security, law enforcement, or military service.Safety is our top priority, and we are seeking disciplined professionals who demonstrate sound judgment, strong situational awareness, and a commitment to maintaining a secure environment at all times.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain a visible unarmed / armed security presenceMonitor premises and deter criminal activityPrioritize safety in all actions and decisionsRespond quickly and appropriately to incidents or emergenciesEnforce site policies and proceduresComplete detailed and accurate incident reportsWork closely with local authorities if necessaryProvide professional interaction with clients, employees, and the publicPhysical RequirementsMust be in good physical conditionAbility to stand and walk for extended periodsMaintain alertness and readiness throughout shiftMinimum QualificationsApplicant must be able to pass:Background checkDrug screenMotor Vehicle Record (MVR) checkApplicant MUST:Possess a valid driver's licensePossess a valid Concealed Carry PermitHave a minimum of 5 years of armed experience (law enforcement, military, or security)Have prior armed security experienceEquipment Requirements (Applicant Must Provide)Duty beltMinimum Level 2 retention holsterFirearmConcealed vest (optional)We are seeking dependable, safety-focused professionals who take pride in protecting people and property.
