Product testing. Test engineering. Quality standard development. Bug/defect identification. Industry standards. Test documentation. Bug tracking software. Software testing tools. Oral and written communication skills. Critical thinking. Analytical thinking.Proficient in testing of ordnance and other energetic-loaded items, and associated diagnostics, to include:Experienced in creation of test plans and test reports to support ordnance testing operationsWilling and able to travel to outside vendor and external test sites as neededProficient in test failure diagnosis, using standard methodologies (5-Why, 8D, fishbone diagrams, etc.)Ability to obtain and maintain up to a collateral SECRET clearanceExperience with shaped charge warheads and associated manufacturing and test techniques highly preferredPhysical RequirementsRequires regular movement throughout GD-OTS facilities.May need to stand for long periods of time.Work may require employee to work inside and outside with exposure to changing climate and/or operate machinery.This position is Safety-Sensitive.The above statements describe the general nature and level of work only.
