Please view our work at www.jgnarch.com.We seek a full-time Project Manager (Technical Focus) with a minimum 8 years of post-graduate, professional experience, with at least 3 years in a project management role. Applicants should possess exceptional design talent and demonstrated technical experience, be composed and professionally rigorous, and thrive in a collaborative environment.The Successful Candidate WillHave at least a bachelor’s degree in architecture (master’s preferred).Work closely with the principal and senior staff on all project phases, from schematic design through construction administration.Proven execution of construction administration including review of shop drawings and submittals.Possess excellent organizational, writing, and verbal communications skills.Be a strong team player who is genuinely able to work collaboratively.Have well-developed strategic and critical thinking abilities.Engage in design studies, digital modeling, product, and material research.Have a firm grasp of industry standards, zoning and building codes and their impact on architectural designs.Be able to manage schedules and coordination of clients, contractors, expeditors, consultants, city agencies and vendors.Coordinate in-depth with engineering and specialty consultants to integrate their work.Produce and supervise work on construction documents, including details and material specifications.Posses a high level of proficiency in construction detailing and coordination.Be proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, and Enscape.Have completed a high end residential project, including overseeing shop drawing review and coordination.Our studio highly values a healthy, fun, and collaborative work environment, and we have a solid track-record of employee growth and advancement.
