Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream Store Manager

Job DescriptionWe are seeking to add one or two Store Managers to our team! You will be responsible for working hands on while coordinating the activities of the retail sales staff. Schedule and hours may be flexible with full time and part time schedules possible. Experience or an interest in cake decorating is a plus, as we are a top performing ice cream cake sales shop.Responsibilities:Work hands on serving customers and supervise team of retail sales workersManage cake orders, display stock and custom decoratingManage schedule for staffWork closely with other managers and owner to plan and achieve goalsTrain and evaluate employees Maintain inventory and order suppliesTrack daily and monthly results and trends for business forecastingCreate a welcoming and fun environment while working safely and productively Qualifications:Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fieldsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentExcellent customer service and communication skillsStrong leadership qualitiesCompany DescriptionBen & Jerry's Memphis offers premium ice cream, a commitment to being active in our community and engaged in social issues.
