Compliance Coordinator

Job SummaryOur client is seeking a Compliance Coordinator responsible for managing compliance gaps, collecting and reviewing supplier documents, and preparing for audits. The role involves significant interaction with suppliers to ensure necessary documentation and changes are in place. Key ResponsibilitiesCollect documents from suppliers and retrieve drug master file numbers. Educate suppliers on necessary compliance documentation. Review incoming documents from suppliers. Communicate effectively with suppliers to ensure documentation accuracy. Make changes to control documentation as needed. Prepare documents and files for audits. Qualifications2+ years of experience in Pharma or Device GMP. Familiarity with ALCOA principles. Experience in Change Control and/or Supplier Quality. BS Degree preferred. Experience in both Change Control and Supplier Quality is preferred. SkillsStrong understanding of ALCOA principles. Capable of managing change control processes and supplier quality. Additional Requirements1st shift schedule: 8:30am-5pm, Monday through Friday. Benefits Paid Sick Leave (Medix provides paid sick leave according to state and local sick leave ordinances).
