Job Title: Equation DeveloperLocation: OnsiteDuration: 12 MonthsJob Overview:We are looking for an experienced Equation Developer with strong expertise in IBM AS400 and Equation Core Banking systems. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining solutions within the Equation environment while supporting system integrations and digital transformation initiatives. The candidate should have solid programming experience in RPGLE, CL, SQLRPG, along with strong knowledge of AS400 commands, files, objects, and queries. Experience working within a structured SDLC process and integrating core banking systems with APIs and external platforms is essential.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain middleware solutions using IBM integration technologies.Integrate core banking systems with digital channels or external APIs using messaging platforms and APIs.Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of middleware components.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements.Develop and maintain microservices architecture for seamless system communication.Monitor and troubleshoot middleware performance and availability, ensuring secure development practices.Implement CI/CD pipelines for middleware deployment and updates.Document integration flows, technical specifications, and support procedures.
