Business Development Representative (BDR)Adobe is looking for a motivated, persistent, and curious individual to join our sales development team supporting the Americas Digital Media or Digital Experience a BDR, you are the first point of contact for prospects and a critical partner to our Account Executive teams. You will prospect, qualify, and develop target accounts to generate sales-ready meetings and pipeline that drives revenue growth. You'll engage senior business leaders and decision makers across marketing, digital, and commercial functions; building relationships, uncovering needs, and creating opportunities through personalized, multi-channel outreach.This role is a proven launchpad. BDRs who demonstrate strong performance have a clear path into Account Executive, Inside Sales, and Sales Development roles. The U.S. pay range for this position is $63,800 -- $105,925 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
