Finance Manager

We are seeking a Finance Manager to support plant operations through a combination of financial analysis, planning, reporting, and accounting support. This role will work closely with operational and leadership teams to provide insights into business performance, support forecasting and budgeting processes, and help drive informed decision-making. The ideal candidate will be analytical, collaborative, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment. ResponsibilitiesPartner with leaders to support financial and operational decision-making.Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.Analyze results, trends, and variances, and provide recommendations.Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track performance.Support cost management, margin improvement, and investment analysis.Prepare financial models and business cases for key initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams on planning and process improvement.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.5+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, or accounting.Strong cost accounting background.Strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.Experience with ERP systems and Excel.Strong communication skills and ability to work with business leaders.CPA, CMA, or manufacturing finance experience is a plus.
