Psychiatrist

Wonderful outpatient Psychiatric practice looking for a full time board certified Psychiatrist to join us. This is a busy, fast paced and growing private practice with three locations, one in beautiful Boca Raton (Boca Raton Psychiatry) a second in Delray Beach (Delray Beach Psychiatry) and a third in Lake Worth (Lake Worth Psychiatry). This position is for the Delray Beach location. Psychiatrist may have the option to work at one location or two. The practice is insurance based and accepts only major carriers (Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, UHC and Medicare). Come join a dynamic team of ten psychiatrists, fourteen excellent therapists/psychologist as well as a compliment of full office staff. The right candidate will be personable, hard working, enthusiastic and willing to be a team player. This is a lucrative position for the right individual netting around $350,000 per year or more, at a 4 day work week. Their is a base salary guarantee. The intakes are 60 minutes with thirty minute follow-ups, yes only two follow-up patients per hour. This is a partnership/ownership opportunity that will be considered after one year with the practice with no buy in. We are looking for another long term partner that will grow and become part of the practice. Psychiatrist will be a W2 employee with full benefit plan including a 401K retirement plan with company match, medical insurance, dental, vision and life insurance coverage, vacation, sick days, paid occurrence based malpractice, Florida licensure, NICA and DEA license.
