Come join our team and help us solve tomorrow's problems today!Join us for this incredible opportunity to be part of our Housekeeping team as a Lobby Porter with Back of House Concepts at Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Golf Resort, Spa and Marina. Lobby Porters are responsible the cleanliness of the public areas of the hotel and the back of house areas. This person must have good communication skills as well as the ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight. This is a fast-paced position.The Overnight Lobby Partner is responsible for the cleanliness of the hotel, both the public areas and the back of the house during the operating hours of 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.Clean pubic areas including the elevators, stairwells, floors, tracks and landing.Dust, wipe spots and smears on pictures, frames, exit signs, air vents, public phones, door knobs/frames and fire extinguisher boxes.Clean furniture, tables, lamps, ash trays and remove debris.Remove stains, scuff marks and dust from floors, baseboards, ledges and corners.Polish brass surfaces where applicable.Report any damages or maintenance problems to Supervisor.Vacuum, clean and maintain corridors and hallways.Clear Room Service trays/items from guest hallways to service elevator landings.Ensure all dirty linen are delivered to the laundry department and dirty glassware are delivered to Stewarding.Ensure housekeeping supplies and amenities are well stocked.Assist with guest requests while providing excellent customer service.Minimum Requirements:Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred.Ability to follow instructions and attention to detail.Must be reliable and able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.Benefits:$250 Referral BonusMedical InsuranceDental InsuranceAccident InsuranceVision InsuranceLife InsurancePaid Time Off
